- Provide distinctive client experiences by engaging clients, performing transactions accurately, and identifying needs.
- Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
- Support sales through outbound outreach, identifying client opportunities, and referring to branch team members or specialists.
- Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
- Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and required training.
