About the Role This role is for an experienced SAP Functional Lead to provide hands-on leadership for SAP AMS delivery across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments, supporting key business domains including OTC, PTR, PTM and Logistics. The ideal candidate blends functional expertise with delivery ownership and people leadership, while remaining hands-on. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end SAP AMS support delivery, including incident, problem, change, and release management
- Drive SLA/KPI performance, backlog health, ticket resolution, and overall service quality
- Lead governance cadence: daily operations reviews, weekly service reviews, monthly KPI reporting, and QBRs
- Ensure alignment with SAP standard best practices and maintain health and stability of global SAP systems
