About the Role Endeavor Health's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences seeks a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient care in Deerfield, IL or Chicago, IL. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexible options including evenings, and call coverage as needed within a multidisciplinary pediatric behavioral health program.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations and medical histories, to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
