You’ll be embedded in a high-performing, cross-functional team and own projects from ideation to impact. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with your mentor to define, scope, and prototype data-driven solutions for complex problems in safety, risk, or customer experience.
- Conduct deep data analysis on massive datasets to uncover trends and insights that drive critical business decisions and strategic growth.
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing, to measure the real-world impact of product changes and policy optimizations.
- Develop and validate critical data pipelines and monitor product performance through automated dashboards and scientific readouts.
