Job Duties:
- Operate and assist with seed production and processing equipment
- Support planting, harvest, and field production activities
- Load, unload, and organize materials and products
- Monitor equipment and assist with quality control
- Perform general warehouse and farm duties as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
Requirements
- Farming or agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical and math skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
